Back and forth, national and international qualifications, strong partnerships and projects from different markets and countries around the globe built our path. We went through everything, always being true to our genesis: helping managers conduct their business, ideas and organizations in a way the whole chain is satisfied. In order to achieve all these goals, knowledge and mastery over your enterprise and ideas (internal environment) is not enough. A broad view and deep comprehension of market dynamics and variables (external environment) is also needed.
Our name comes from these truths and statements: INEX, the combination of INternal and EXternal environments.
Inex’s history starts within a personal moment of professional transition, when change was desired and the choice for a new path was already made in the past. In 1999, while taking part in an ONU program of entrepreneurship, one of the founders (Henri Peixoto Krause) chose to work within the universe of consulting, then designing Inex Consulting.
The possibility to work with different organizations, from different market fields was, and has been an extremely rich and attractive experience. On the second half of the year 2000, the expertise field was already clear: marketing. The second and crucial choice: having or not associates. Society means many things. It means sharing ideas, tolerance, maturity. It means respect, and above all, consciousness of plurality. In other words, everything is built by summing efforts.
Uniting people, with close personal values, and similar ideas, was necessary. Restless Individuals, with the wills to change and at the same time tremendous responsibility as a point in common. These traits are fundamental for an enterprise wanting to to aid other enterprises to thrive and evolve.
Fortunately, such a union was possible through the sharing of a course at ESPM, where Diego Beck Veiga, then 20 years old, and Henri were colleagues. Shared the initial idea and intentions, was born INEX marketing, with Henri acting in Executive Management and Diego in Research & Development Projects.
From the start, a natural consequence was enjoyed: the exploration of individual ideas, promoting the construction of solutions in common. After 9 months of of simulations and tests, Inex was launched in the market, initially offering marketing plans.
Today, after many years of work, and a series of other results, we enjoy a happy coexistence with more than 50 other people who believed and trust in the INEX identity. These people Impact and modify the “day-to-day”. They help to write the enterprise´s own development. Along these years, the abilities to analyze, plan, and execute business solutions for organisations were nurtured in different ways and situations.
Marketing, strategy, branding, management and others are ways for explaining an enterprise reality, along with its needs and the best tools to help it. Great stories were shared with clients who sought INEX to develop and evolve their selves.

Through both inner and market analysis, it’s possible to reach a powerful pack of information that allow us to identify the most harmonic paths to evolution of enterprises and ideas.
Such stage ends at the elaboration of an ADES matrix (support to strategic decisions), which allows managers and strategists to identify the key factors of the project’s challenges.
With a deep understanding, we dedicate our energy on finding the needed harmonization for the business/Idea evolution. From the global understanding reached on the prior stage, we aim to align the business in several fronts, seeking the highest empowerment of its results. It’s from this evolution that it’s possible to build an initiative map (Evolution Map) for execution, on the next development/growth stages.
For some time the strategy implementation has been considered a great challenge on driving business. At this stage the focus is to put into practice a complete process of studies and definitions. Starting from the Evolution Map, comes an execution plan of the chosen initiatives. With the possibility of close follow-up by INEX, or even the management as a whole, we offer an experience of living the business everyday evolution with actions, discussions and implemented initiatives on the idea/enterprise. As a result of this work several reports (Evolution Report) allow the manager to view the path trod and the results achieved from investments, and efforts dedicated to the project and enterprise.
Evolution is also cultural. At this stage the focus is helping the enterprise to culturalize a planned working model. To reach it we developed several tasks seeking to work within the enterprise’s team to improve a “mental model” that allows the spreading of a broader and more organized understanding on the business evolution throughout the whole company. It is a deep dive on the enterprise’s culture, bringing fast benefits on the everyday operation, have also a long term understanding, which reflects on the culture and the ways of working, allowing a better coordination on foreseeing results, not to mention much better relationships.
The last stage on our methodology was made for those enterprises that seek to perpetuate internally a working model based on values and practices adopted on INEX projects (Planning, Marketing Intelligence, Strategic Reasoning, etc). At this stage we focus on supporting the managers to assemble their marketing sector (or marketing intelligence) or inner strategic management.
But what is the “market”? People, enterprises (society). More than coexisting, these entities need to conquer a fundamental status: harmony.
